Took my 2008 m3 to the bmw dealership for something else and they mention to me that the wire that goes to the tire pressure module came off on the front passenger side. They stripped 2 wires as seen in the photo below. I noticed the driver side has 3 wires that go into the plug that goes into the module. I order a 3 wire one off ebay but how do i go about wiring this? Should i buy a 2 wire one for the passenger side? Or is it supposed to be a 3 wire one like the driver. Didnt see no other wires in the passanger side harness just those 2 .Thanks [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] Middle picture is the driver side and there 3 wires. That plug is what i order off ebay

Per TIS, it's three wires.

I had the heartbreaking spat with a colossal portion of a blown tire in the street today, which destroyed up the underfloor shield entirely awful, for the most part close to the front traveler wheel. The primary underhood shield (Part #51757129341) split in a couple of pieces, so I realize I'll have to supplant that (I evacuated around 1/3 of that shield, which was scarcely being held set up, and the front brake air pipe (51747138414) tore free (in spite of the fact that it's basically flawless), so I have that out for the time being. The radiator shield (51757128503) additionally split a piece and came free.

Another fix is to convert the car back to Flat Tire Monitoring (like Canada or Europe relies on the rotation of the speed sensors that are built into the car for the traction control system) by coding out the TPMS system if you don't want it or use it in the rims.
Just some food for thought.

There is a repair kit that BMW sells. That isn't the module, it's one of the receiver satellites.
