Its very hard to say, it could be anything from ABS module, to electronic differential control, to fuel pump? Like I said, no codes, no problem so far, jack it up, take a look.

Sounds like an electric motor doing something. Maybe the diff changing its locking ratio. But I've never noticed it making noise.
