Coolant pipe? Or valley pan?

I recently purchased a 4.8 x5 for my mother.

Everything has been done, and the car maintained very well through the dealership. I’m well aware of the coolant pipe issue. Seems that the valley pan might be leaking.. but no sign of fluid coming out of the spout. Haven’t had the car long enough to see. The car recently has the upper coolant hose bust a leak. Maybe that’s what the fluid is in the valley?
