BMWFS looks like finally woke up from their lunacy... without leasing the M3 will not move, much less the left over MY2008 stock still collecting dust at dealers.

Do you have a link or info what the mid month changes were for other vehicles, specifically the 335i and 135i?

I got 66% on a sedan, 2 years, .00260 MF. So these rates are hardly the best ever. Even with the higher interest.

Thank you for the information. I know it's October, but my dealer pulled a fast one on me regarding my 9/20/08 E90 M3 lease. Are you able to provide a link to the source document from BMWFS regarding these rates? I need to have access to the official document. I called BMWFS but they did not provide that information to me after speaking with 3 representatives.

Cheers.

Yep, documentation is king. I believe someone here posted that they were hit with the old "swich-er-oo" or "bait and switch" tactic. Make sure the final numbers match what they promised.

I do not have the document for the rates. They are updated in the software as soon as they come in. If I posted numbers here, they are definately accurate. Sorry

Do these rates apply still to Oct/nov?

On a side note, what online lease calculator do you use to calculate Lease payments? I've tried a few but they dont mend up matching what I was quoted at the dealer, even though I have ll the right #'s in there.

My plan is 3yr, 10Kmiles lease. I'd love to do 2yr though! Not sure if I'm going coupe or sedan route yet.

BMW changed the lease rates for October, it's very attractive.

You're numbers probably aren't matching because there are some other costs that you didn't put in the calc.
