Diesel additives due to corona virus

This corona virus has my 35d sitting in the garage for long periods of time. Its probably been a month since I've been to the gas station and I've still got a 3/4 tank.

I'm worried about algae in the fuel system. I know the BMW manual says never to put any fuel additives in the tank.

Does anyone have recommendations? Car is at 46k miles.

I did not drive my 35d from Nov-Feb months while I waited for my custom interior to be completed. Sat in my garage, no issues and no additives.
