Other than the misrepresentation that the car has the extended leather option, there doesn't appear to be anything fishy about this deal or the advertisement. As long as you do the appropriate due diligence up front, there'd be no reason for you to be burned. Besides, $6k off an '08 E93 M3 at the end of the MY is a good deal, but it isn't that special.

Thats the most i've seen taken off so far.

Btw I sell cars on ebay all the time and i've bought cars off ebay all the time and as long as the seller/buyer has good feedback everything usually goes pretty smoothly on ebay.

Actually there is a dealer that had an add: 69 msrp, after discount was 64K. It is a BMW dealer, and legit shiat!!!

That's a good deal, but people have gotten cars on here for invoice, so it seems reasonable.

Still, I wonder if the dealership meant to make the buy-it-now at that price? Otherwise, why even have it be an auction at all, since the starting bid is almost the same.
