Slon Workshop DCT pan/side cover

Anyone wanna verify the product to use that seals the pans? Is it loctite 574? The transmission is completely out of the car at the shop and they asked me about the gasket but from my understanding the website says it used a sealant and I’m guessing that’s to help with the leak issue from the DCT. Last thing I’m guessing you don’t need to use the banjo to fill the oil if it’s out of the car?

Yes, Loctite. Got mine at Amazon. One tube is more than enough for both pans.
Just tell them to let it drop overnight if they can so it's dry before they apply the Loctite.
They recommend 7.5 to 8 quarts of oil.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
