(HELP) installed jb4, car wont start (HELP)

Hi. I just installed a jb4 into my 2008 335xi and everything worked, Bluetooth connected and I could adjust settings. But everytime I attempt to start the car, it just cranks and doesn't turn over. I bought the jb4 used. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Also thought to add that sometimes there is a loud whining in the front of the car. And my car was working 100% perfect before

First of all, you are on a F8x forum so many people may not be familiar with your car.

Next thing would be to unplug the battery and uninstall the jb4 and then replay the battery and see if the problem goes away.

You may have gotten a broken or a wrong jb4?

If your car doesn’t start after you uninstall it, then something else is wrong.
