Since I got my MT M3,I don't mind red lights anymore.
Since I got my M3,I just love every opportunity I get to come to a complete stop or slow down enough just so i can row through the gears again gliding through town.
No progressive shifting here,I make it scream...my stereo is mostly off now with windows down even when it's humid outside. The new M3 has a lot of admirers too.Last weekend an E30 driver hounded me down like a guided missile in this college town, when he got next to me to give me the thumbs up that's when I realized that it was another AX buddy,we talked briefly then went our separate ways. This car excites me the same way my MT Golf GTI MK3 then MT E46 325i did in my twenties. |

It's more pronounced due to the lack of insulated engine covers and hood. Sounds like my 335i with the engine cover off all the time. |

me too - theres a uphill four lane divided road on my way home - 50 mph speed limit. at the bottom is a signal; and I often pray it turns red when I approach in on my way home.
