Lease Transfer - '18 M3CS SMB $1066/mo, 12k/36mo, Incentive
Recently assumed this lease from another member on here - life of course has a way of rapidly changing and now this car just doesn't make sense for me (will be driving long distances frequently). Absolutely nothing wrong with the car - it's a freaking beast and deserves to be driven appropriately. Garaged, non-smoker, no pets. Stunning in person. $1066/month includes TN taxes ***Willing to give you one month payment as well as reimburse the BMW transfer fee of $500 if approved (total $1600). Can also help with car transport as needed (within reason). I'm not benefiting from this. Allowed mile - 12K/yr (36000 miles) Current Miles - 3,692 Miles per month remaining ~ 1080 (Daily Driven (~15 mi/day for now so will change slowly) Term Length Remaining - 30 Months (By BMW's count) Contract End Date - 4/12/22 Residual Value - $61,437.00 Current Payoff - $85,739.55 (through 9/9/19) 104k MSRP Executive package $2500 Suntek Ultra installed by the initial owner on the full front of car, including CF front lip, and side skirts. Monthly payment is $1066.22 - turns out there is no tax on it here in TN.
Also forgot to mention it has the Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan and that is transferable with the lease. |

Took it over from someone in Texas who had the exact same monthly payment (to the cent). There’s no tax listed on any of the documents. So I don’t have a clue. State tax here is 7% for whatever that’s worth.

I'm interested in your lease takeover. Can you explain what are the necessary items needed to takeover the lease? How many miles are availible per month until the lease ends?
