Anyone using a Fumoto valve on their F8x?

I installed a Fumoto valve on my Z4 and it made oil changes a breeze and want to do the same on my M4. The only concern is the clearance since it's at the bottom of the pan instead of the side... I found this model valve that looks to be pretty low profile but real-world experience with the clearance would be ideal of course. Anyone using this or another valve?
