Hi!
It seems the damage has caused it to dent, correct? In other words, if I were to wrap it, it'd still show an indentation/raised edge where it's damaged? It wouldn't be smooth, right?

Yes, If you had it wrapped, I would take it to a body shop have them fill in the spots, sand it and then have it wrapped. (or you could do it yourself) I doubt a body shop would charge much at all to do it. either way, at least you'd have a legit fitting spoiler instead of the garbage reps that dont fit properly.
