Steering wheel cover

I don't like the leather in the summer and looking for a non leather cover. Any ideas?

ya. i would just sew alcantara on top of it. the steering cover i used for a week, it left some marking on the leather. i would not put another steering cover again. these steering wheel leather are super easy to scratch

Once you go...cover.....you never go back!
That is, what's the point of adding a cover and caring what happens to original leather?
Alcantara is a good choice, no question....but it's not a simple cut a piece and sew it.
M Sport steering wheel has some contours, so better know what you're buying.
Otherwise, you'll have pieces exposed.

BTW, there have been a few more members here reporting scratching and degradation on their leather.....so a cover, or a wheel replacement is recommended.
