Tuner/ shop / Dyno recommendations

Hi all
First thanks for any info that is provided here
I'm in the south bay area
I'm looking around for a good reliable tuner/shop with Dyno access who are able to either offer a custom e85 tune with Bootmod3 on an F80 or at least can Dyno the ots map and tell me if it is within the realm of acceptable safety parameters
