2006 Z4 3.0si leak
After I parked my car I noticed that it was leaking towards the center of the bottom of car. It ins't oily when I touch it but when it evaporates it stains light brownish. Then after a little while it fades. I don't know what kind of leak it is.

From where you've described seeing it (center of the car), that's AC condensation. Try turning off the air conditioner and see if it stops...it should.

Ok thanks! I went back to check and my fans were off but the AC was on, would that still occur even if the fans were turned off before i turned off the car and the AC was on? I turned it off for now and I'll check back in a little bit. Thank you! Also should that concern me if it is AC condensation sorry i'm new to this car I bought it a week ago and it was a great deal I couldn't pass up.

If the fan was running earlier you'll have condensation in the system, even after you turn the fan off.
If you then park the car on a slope the trapped condensation will run out. Relax. Doesn't sound that abnormal. We forumites have had every kind of leak you can imagine, and I don't think any of them have been catastrophic.
