WTB e9x M3...No games, have cash in hand

Hey all - after selling my e90 M3, I started looking for an F10 M5 and just haven't found what I've been looking for at my price point. I've been looking at other cars as well; namely a new SS 1LE. Great car...but a little concerned w/ fit and finish and of course, new car depreciation. That brings me back to the e9x, which is I think what I really want to be in (at least for the moment).

First priority:

*CLEAN - looking for a clean car, nothing with excessive wear, road rash etc.
*No stories - clean title, clean carfax only, no accidents, no bs.
*Service records - yep, I want to see a well cared for M3. Not worried if you haven't done RB's or TA's, I can have them done.
*Less than 85k miles
*Staying under $30k

Exterior color pref in order or priority:
Blacks
whites
blues
other colors
SSII (i.e. this is pretty much a hard no)

Interior color pre in order of priority:
Black
Fox Red
nothing else considered at this time.

Other preferences:
2011 or newer (will consider older if low-miles and CLEAN)
ZCP
6spd preferred over DCT (but would consider DCT)
e92 preferred over e90 (always wanted the CF roof on my e90)
Prefer No Nav
If an e90, must be slicktop. Not at all interested in anything with a sunroof.
Some mods ok, but I prefer a more OEM+ look.

I'd like to stay within driving distance of NC but willing to travel/ship for the perfect M3.

I think that's about it, preferences and must haves all laid out; I'm picky but fairly open, most important to me is to find a good solid car that was loved by an enthusiast and that I can daily drive.
Let me know what you have, thanks!

Mine fits your criteria, except being a little more expensive. I think you will find the condition and work done to reflect the price:

Exactly what I'm looking for but $30k is a hard limit for me. Let me know if anything changes on your end.

appreciate it but this will be a daily for me; not really looking for a s/c'd car.

to each their own but I dont think a sced car ruins daily drivability. you just dont put your foot all the way into it and it drives like a normal m3 but you get the extra hp when you do want it
either way, good luck with your search
