Cold Start Delete in Bay Area

Is there anybody in Northern California that can do the cold start delete? Looking to have it done locally before I look at remote coding options. Thanks!

Coding cannot remove cold start unfortunately, you'll need a tune. Alex alpine I hear is having a group buy sale if you wanted to hop on that
