Please recommend the best SD service dealership and service adviser for M cars.
I live in North County but can go down till BMW of SD. El Cajon is a little too far stretched. I'm not so happy with my current service experience. Don't want to name or point out anyone but whenever I picked up my car it was either too dusty inside or had some sort of damage (scraped wheels from curb, leather chipped, scratches on steering wheel, center console smudges, scrapes, finger prints, incorrect PSI on tires etc.). Overall, I always had the feeling that my car is not well taken care off while in their hands. Thanks!

I know which dealer you're referring to without you even saying it. Two BMW owners here at HRE have had pretty nasty experiences (one still ongoing actually), one of which was my X5.
Crevier BMW was honestly the only service center I've had exceptional service at but obviously that's a very long stretch to drive just to see a dealer. |

Much like the OP I don't want to name names but if you're interested PM me and I'll tell you.
Dealer I'm referring to drove my X5 up to the service bay doors so I can drive off when I realized that the rear right tire was 100% flat. Nobody noticed, nobody cared, nobody offered to fill it up for me so I sat there with my little compressor for a good 10 minutes to fill it up all the way. Turns out there was a nail in the tire (not while I had it) and they didn't patch or replace it, they just let it be and let me deal with the problem instead. |

I have good experience with Chris Levy in BMW of San Diego.
He is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. This dealer always put on seat cover and steering wheel cover when they service your car.

Pretty sure it’s Vista if I had to bet my money. Surprised Escondido is still in business don’t even hear much about them. SD has always had good service just ripoff on sales. Encinitas has been good to me for the past three years, but it’s because a close friend was a service advisor and when he left he handed me off to someone who kept the same level of service. I would stick with SD based on your options/location.

Fuck Escondido and everything about them.
Encinitas always messes up either my wheels or paint in some fashion.
