Pls help. Rough idle

05 bmw z4 ... e85 / m54 has 111k miles

Has an idle issue couple times a week itll be rough, a little loud rough, and almost chokes. Been going on for 2 months. It is not just cold engine. I can run into store for 10 minutes come out and it is rough, however, once i drive it for even a couple blocks it wont do it again...

Here is what I have done:

I have replaced sparks and coils, cleaned the idle control valve, rebuilt disa valve, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the maf, replaced the crankshaft ventilation valve, ran sea foam through the throttle and fuel additive in the gas tank twice... am i missing something. NO ENGINE CODE. Never thought i would wish for an engine code XD

Almost always at idle i feel tiny tiny hiccups/ rev difference of maybe a small 25.

Any suggestions? ... vanos? Should i just replace crankshaft sensor , camshaft sensors and throttle body sensor? I can get them for $200 total... or do i wait for some type of engine code or what???
