front bumper

my car came with the license plate holes drilled. car is mineral white. what is the most cost effective way to get that taken care of?

new bumper new paint?
repair current bumper?

If I were you, I'd have the shop repair the holes and do a blend paint on the bumper only because Mineral White is really hard to paint match. It's easier to blend paint on a a localized area like two small holes VS paint blending an entire bumper which will involve blending into the hood and fenders.
