RED Stoptech ST60/40 For Sale

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 3,500.00

Item Interest
I refinished these calipers in the 4th quarter of last year, and have protected them with Chemical Guys Jet Seal sealant, and always use caution when removing/installing the wheels. Plenty of Pad and rotor left. I did a Stoptech Street pad change recently.
You will receive 4 calipers, 4 rotors, 4 caliper mounting brackets, stainless lines, and 4 sets of pads(I might have an extra set of pads handy, and if I find them they will of course be included.)
Brakes are still on the car, but I can remove in under 2 hours time.
My price is for a deal picked up in the Bay Area.

2nd owner, Likely right around 10k miles, calipers were painted with vht high temp paint/clear by me. I dont have a pair of digital calipers currently in my box to measure thickness, but none of the rotors have any significant lip. Basically plenty of life left in all components.

The Stoptech caliper mounting bracket would more than likely be the wrong size for your hub. You could confirm this with Zeckhausen Racing, as he is the expert on all things Stoptech.

The first pic is the Front Right, which is where the window is in my garage, so that is the closest depiction of how amazing these things look in the sun.

Parting out car, otherwise there would be absolutely zero reason to remove this amazing setup. These things stop so good it makes me sick when I really stick the pedal down. haha

^What RC said.
Also pad choice will factor in. Run an aggressive pad and your rotors will wear faster. The great thing about BBK's is the quick pad change access they give you, so on track days you can swap pads without removing caliper. I never utilized this function as race pads are so damn expensive, and I'm poor.
