2008 E90 M3 / Alpine White / 6MT / CIC / LCI
For sale is my dream car. My 2008 BMW 6 speed manual M3 sedan. Selling because my family is out growing the space. Looking to get into a more practical and larger vehicle. Would keep it but does not make sense financially. I bought this car with 75k miles, currently has 104k miles. Swapped the old outdated trunk to the new LCI trunk and the horrendous CCC nav/entertainment center to the newer CIC platform. Was under Carmax extended bumper to bumper warranty until Feb 20, 2019. I have a folder full of service records and receipts for most work. Most importantly, rod bearings and throttle actuators were replaced. I've changed the oil a total of 5 times under my ownership and have gotten 5 clean Blackstone reports each time, with no signs of excess copper or wear. The car has given me zero problems. It has a brand new battery, alternator, valve cover gaskets, and alarm from its last service under warranty. Still has the original clutch, still bites and has no issues although it will need replacing in the far future. Transmission shifts as it should, no issues. EVERYTHING WORKS except for the DVD player, just needs to be coded correctly. It drives and handles like it should. This is my daily driver and it has never failed me. Miles will continue to rise. It has a clean title and passes smog with no problems. Registered until October 2019. Though the car is clean it does have its flaws. Paint is not perfect. Looks amazing from a far but does have visible scratches and marks. There are probably one or two dents but no fading, oxidizing, or peeling clear coat. The bumper is pretty beat from being quite low. Few noticeable marks on the hood but nothing major. Interior is very clean minus one tiny tear in the rear passenger door card. It has non fold down rear seats. Here is all the work I have done to it under my ownership: 5 Oil changes with BMW 10W60 at 5000 mile intervals New BMW Differential Fluid Used BC Racing BR type coilovers New Megan Exhaust Used Lux H8 Used Homelink rearview with compass and autodim CIC retrofit with combox, Bluetooth works Used OEM Alpine White LCI trunk and New tail lights New trunk shocks New OEM rear window seal New Zimmerman Rotors New StopTech Street Pads New Bimmerworld Stainless steel lines with insulation New BMW brake fluid after flush Apex EC-7 18x10/11 +25 Federal SS595 265/35 & 275/35, 80% tread left New ECS 20mm wheel studs New Mishimoto aluminum lug nuts New Arkym style front lip New forcewerkz sideskirts Updated and coding by Alex@Alpine Alignment by Andy's Alignment in Glendale, CA Work done by previous owner: Rod bearings replaced with OEM bearings under warranty at 36k miles at center BMW in Sherman oaks - no issues, no knocking, engine still runs strong and healthy Transmission replaced with brand new unit under warranty at 77k miles - no issues Throttle actuators replaced under warranty at 80k miles - no issues Drive shaft and engine mounts also replaced under warranty at 80k miles - no issues Oil pan gasket replaced at 80k miles - no leaks BMW Performance Steering Wheel V2 BMW Performance Shift Knob Rexing Dash Cam OEM rubber floor and trunk mats Black kidney grills RPI intake scoops A lot more has been replaced & fixed under warranty. As stated, I have all service records. Car will come as-is with whatever stock parts i have: EDC suspension and exhaust. Plus large box of random parts. Please read the post carefully. I will not respond to questions that can be answered by reading this post. Do not waste my time, I will not waste yours. Dont ask me what my lowest price is or tell me to text you. I am not interested in any sort of trades. Call or text me to come see it. I am located in Northridge, CA. car is sold. Wow, thanks.. now you're making me want to get a drop on my car... gives the Sendans such a nice bulldog stance. Or if it's AW like mine and yours it kind of resembles a panda
