Buyer would need to cover the MSDs and lease transfer fee.

Of course, you would get the MSDs back from BMW when the lease is finished...or if the car was purchased from BMWFS.

He's payments are low enough he can justify it. Pretty common if payments are attractive. Hell I paid for my swap transfer.

Just depends if the lease ends up being transferred, and whether the new owner needs them or not.
