Check out a 2009 BMW M3 Coupe RWD - $20,000 - $20,000 on CarGurus at https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/share/220227266 No affiliation. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this car in person. Seems like a desirable car for a good price but hasn't sold in months. I'm curious because when he first put it up for sale around September, he was asking 24k and I offered him 21k and he was offended almost. Didn't even try to negotiate. He was firm. Now he is selling it for 20k. Wondering if things don't add up.

Don't recall specifically. But I'm sure I'd check. Per his detailed description of the car including buying in Germany and bringing it here, I'd be surprised if he chose to not mention any accidents.

Hmmmm do they sell those there? I'm not sure honestly. I have learned the hard way though if it seems even a little shady it's not worth it. There's too many cars to choose from to take an L when you're talking tens of thousands of dollars.

Obviously I can't speak on the history of the car itself but the ad is legit. I texted w the guy for a bit a few months back. He sent me walk around videos. And he initially was asking 24k.

Maybe it won't smog? In California it's the sellers responsibility to get it smogged before transfer of ownership, not sure about Delaware.

My car was first sold in Germany as an US spec car, but it was equipped with some things Euro cars are required to have. Certainly possible this is the same case here. Best thing to do is ask if the owners manual is there as well as other booklets that have the maintenance tracked in. A local BMW dealer will have some issues finding its history, it took a few mins to find my car in the database for recalls when I went in

If it doesn't sell by summer. I might just offer him 15k and take it. My favorite color combo!!!
