Buckugly Calipers + Hub + Rotors

What's a guy to do!

Are there any drilled rotor options for the 19/20 inch wheels?

Paint the calipers?

Thanks guys!

Easy solution is to get drilled or slotted rotors - same size, no need to upgrade to MPBK or Brembo. And then just paint calipers with caliper paint or any VHT paint. Other paints could work too. You'll get better looks without upgrading stopping power.
Then you can change pads to more aggressive bite ones like Hawk pads. This will increase a bit your stopping performance (you'll wear pads/rotors a bit faster in return).

There are other options, but it will require $$$ - changing rotor/caliper size etc.

P.S. Poor mans option is to just paint calipers and call it a day.

Personally I'd just get some grey caliper paint and spray paint the visible surfaces, after a good cleaning with brake cleaner.

Several threads covering this with options. Including what I did which was take a myriad of metal Brissled bits on my drill to get all the rust off the hub and bolts back of rim and caliper. Then painted them all and then clear coated to include inside the knuckle which I'm sure looks worse than even your pictures and the inside is the rim hubs to prevent that rust from damaging the clear coat as is common with oem rims

Agree! Your wheels expose way to much of the brakes to not have drilled/slotted rotors with cleaned or painted calipers. Whatever you do please don't put caliper covers on the vehicle . Drives me crazy! Can't believe some of the new specialty Ford F-150 trucks come with these covers. Trying to mimic brembos

Agreed. Especially on a high end car
