$18,000 M4?

This seller is saying it's for 18k but that seems like a load of BS to me. There has to be a catch to this car, apparently, the price is not a typo error. Any guidance here?

Use extreme caution on this , find it hard to believe since there are wrecked ones selling for that and the fact you could sell the engine for that much . Also the contact person is not the same as the registered owner . But its your money .

Seriously...I wouldn't waste my time with this and I'm local. Nothing good can come from meeting up in person to discuss a car selling for well under half the going rate. Even salvage ones go for more than this...
