CS EDC damper settings- what's your thoughts?

I'm getting the GTS flashes done for steering, throttle, diff, disc gearbox etc. this weekend coming and also understand that the CS EDC software is available.

Just wondering who has had this done and how much difference it made?

I've had it done. I went from GTS to CS. Can't really tell the difference to be honest. But iirc it's a slight noticeable improvement over stock, especially in comfort.

Not night & day by any means, but worth doing imo. It should be included in the price anyway.

Yes, doing it remotely with Zed. £150 for the GTS/CS stuff and £100 to sort Apple CarPlay.

Will keep you posted. Hoping it makes a difference or I may end up with coilovers again!

It's not a mod if it's software...

I think it's not nearly as good as what I got used to with ACS RS on the 335d previously and Bilstein B8 on the Boxster. It's not bad, but when you know how good damping can be it's hard not having it.

I don't understand why M go cheap on the dampers, It's the only real issue I have with my car it's really annoying that they won't spend some money on them, the car has been slated for it and they really cannot deal with bumps at all and carry on bouncing away.

They are really dim witted and run out of ideas very quickly, spoils what could be a perfect car.

Damn. Tried it today but it wouldn't work. Had all the other GTS stuff flashed and immediately noticed a nice improvement in the steering.

Might just need to change the dampers then.

I've had an RS kit ready to fit to mine for the last year, really need to get on with it, just cautious about the ride height.

It seems to sit very low at the rear on the M3, but fine on the M4. I never had any issues with it on my 335d, and I have some pretty brutal speed bumps round my village, though I never fitted a front splitter either.

Did you buy it new or used? Tempted to sell it on...?
