Sunroof or Carbon Fiber??? Going crazy!!

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to place my order and I really can't decide. I know this is an opinion, but do those of you with carbon fiber wish you would have got the sunroof? And those of you with the sunroof do you wish you would have got the carbon fiber? Thanks for all of your help.

I thought I would miss my sunroof, but I don't at all. I love the uniqueness of the CF roof (even though most M3's have it). Go for it!

I have sunroof and it is nice to be able to open it up when the weather is nice.
And If you were getting color that will show off the CF roof nicely like AW, you should get it but IMHO on Jet Black, it was almost pointless to have.

Cf for me because when it gets warm i always use the AC. I have a sun roof in my 550i ans also in my Mini cooper s and I hardly use it.

Oh. And I open the Moonroof to show the nice Fox red interior to the SUV drivers..

Ask yourself, how often do you really use your sunroof after the first week of owning the car?

The CF looks great on Jet Black despite how I thought it would look. And I would never get an option that might actually inhibit performance reglardless of how small the effect. Thats just me though...

IMHO...the CF is an expensive piece of jewelry, but it does look very nice...

I am ordering an E90 so I won't have to anguish over this decision...

+1 Consider your climate: if you live in a climate where you'd use the moonroof in good weather, go for it (as I will). But in my former cold clime I'd opt for CF.

I ordered Moonroof, but dealer screwed up and ordered CF. I was soooooooooooo pissed!!! now after all the feedback from others I am pretty happy with the CF. People always comment on the roof@!!! It's kinda "cool" "edgy" Also, from a distance, the moonroof doesn't differenciate as much next to a 335 or 328

was in the exact same position a couple months ago....couldn't decide for the life of me. went with alpine white and cf roof. don't regret it one bit. would get moonroof if getting a darker color though.

CF is one of the best cool things M3 got
so if u get moonroof, ur losin the CF and cuttin performance down :<

CF. Sunroof's limit headroom. With a helmet on (if you ever track), the extra headroom is a good thing!

I have had sunroofs on a few cars in the past....I never use them. Don't like them....
I did not order it with my new M.
