F80/F82/F83 CP Exhaust and Suspension

Guys - been following the threads for a while now. Bought myself a SSII F80 Back in Feb. Was an ex-demo from BMW dealer - 2017 registered and having perused this forum over the months since I bought it I've done some of the carbon upgrades as well as the HAS MPE and CS stop/start and 12mm Macht-Schnell spacers all round. I also swapped out the standard lug nut wheel bolts for a full set of MRG titanium wheel studs - adds a subtle touch to the 666M's.

Ill add some pictures tomorrow if anyone is interested.

I have started the thread as I'm currently selling the CP Exhaust and CP Suspension set that was removed from the car within the last month by Cotswold. I have the parts ready to go.

Theres no reserve on the parts, would be good to get them shifted so if you know anybody feel free to pass the information on.

Cheers,
Jonny.

I might be interested in the exhaust. What kind of price are you hoping to get for it?

I'm assuming the M4 and M4 ones are the same?

Was aiming for 250.00, it had sold for that but just kept on being messed about in regards to collection. Yes - exhaust system is the same for M3/M4.

Would it fit in the back of an M4 with the seats down?

With your front passenger seat forward/down too I would definitely say so. Was easy in an M3.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'll have a think.

I've always kept my original exhaust and then refitted and sold the other one when I move the car on.

Do CP exhausts really go for that cheap?! They are different to the normal exhaust aren't they?

I think they're the same but with black tips, and maybe slightly less baffling. The sound difference is down to mapping.

Could be wrong, but that's what I read somewhere.

I'd be surprised if they are the same, as you say I suspect the baffling is different. I was comparing with a standard m3 at a car meet a few weeks back and it seemed to me that the cp sounded quite a bit better, less muffled. It could have just been me being biased LMAO.

Look forward to seeing the pictures as after some titanium wheel studs for my 666 alloys.
Cheers
