Hello & Anyone Know this YMB F80 M3?

Hello from a newbie to the forum.

I have just sold my 13 plate R35 GT-R today after 2 years of ownership, due to requiring a more practical car, so F80 M3 is a no-brainer!
Had an E46 M3 & E92 M3 in the past, so not new to the marque, in fact, I had a deposit down on an M4 before test driving my mates GT-R. Ok, background over....

I was wondering if anyone knew this car?

In the advert it mentions the Scorpion exhaust, but no mention of the BMC Cold Air Induction (although clear to see on the photo!) nor the JB4 box (which they told me about when I asked if it had been remapped). And when asked about the exhaust, they said they didnt think it was anything other than cat-back exhaust (but didnt sound too certain).
