Warranty expried or not.
I make the appointment for service coming this Thursday 08/09/2018 online, after that I received the phone call from BMW saying my warranty is expired on Feb, 2018. I need to pay for the visit, but I purchase my car on 08/29/2014. The miles are 29800.

Seems strange, assuming you purchased new the warranty typically starts on the "in service date" or the date you pick up your car. Could be a clerical error, you should as the dealership where you purchased from.

Looks simply like someone forgot the 2 in 29. If you have any paperwork of when you bought the car then just bring it in to whatever dealer. That's clear it up. They're just going by a computer
