Noise from the rotors/Short crank?

Wattup Boys,

Anyone experience a strange shrieking, wining noise from the rotors when the car just gets turned off? I felt maybe some dust, dirt or sand might have got in the brake rotors. The noise lasted for maybe 15 seconds then went away.

Also, sometimes on startup, the car will perform a short-crank, maybe 1/2 a second to startup the engine, anybody else experience this situation. Should I be worried ? Thanks
