There are no problems or issues with the car; my new to me 17' 911 Cab that I have always wanted is on the way! Make me an offer! I want to move it and be done. Just purchased as BMW Certified CPO a year ago and it still had one year left of original warranty so there are two full years left of warranty fully transferable to private party.

At the risk of getting flamed I have already been to CarMax (yesterday) hence the 7 day comment. I know what the bottom line is and so far all you tire kicker's with your BS evaluations and ridiculous offer's have all been below that. Like I said there isn't much of a spread at this point so go ahead and consider the current price firm not worth my time to sell private party and deal with all the headaches associated with it. It's very easy to go hand the keys to CarMax and get my check and move on, if I didn't want to rearrange the garage to hold three cars it's tempting to keep it!

If you have serious interest and want to purchase a clean car with two years of CPO left CALL me, my number is easily available through the Autotrader link. Any emails/texts going forward will be ignored.

Also as long this thread is still open YES it's available, I will update it immediately once it's not.

Agreed. When priced correctly you see they sell. Soo many listing their cars for aspirational prices and they are sitting.

Had a feeling this would fall through, the guy was completely paranoid about buying private party did a PPI and everything then when it came to crunch time radio silence.....Selling privately is such a PIA.
