INTRODUCTION

Many of you might be familiar with my 2011.5 BMW Individual Dakar Yellow e92 M3 - through my somewhat well known Photo Modification Journal. Its a car i've loved and taken care of meticulously.

But the time has come now to part ways with this labor of love. I will soon begin the process of parting it out, and selling the car in near-stock (OEM+) form. Though, if someone makes an enticing offer on the entire car before I begin the part out process, I am willing to sell it in its current form (see pics at bottom).

I am the first and only owner of the car. The car is always garaged. No smoking. There have been no accidents. Oil changes less than every 5,000 miles. And the car has been meticulously and regularly serviced by the one and only MRF Engineering - who will personally attest that this car is one of the most freakishly solid builds from the BMW factory that he's ever seen in the thousands of M3's that he's serviced. And as many of you know there are horror stories of premature OEM factory rod bearing failure - so for good measure - MRF has also performed a factory rod bearing replacement on this car. Now you don't have to. Small bonus: The car was also recently been fitted with a brand new battery.

The car will be available for viewing at MRF Engineering in Lake Forest, CA (Irvine basically). MRF has lovingly put this car together from Day 1, and can provide a detailed history of the car.

As stated, I'm also parting out my car. For those of you who are curious, here is what I will be selling. There are some real goodies here. The part out is just beginning, so for those interested, you'll have to exercise a little bit of patience, but not much.

This is how the car will look for the most part after part out. Except that the trunk will come with the BMW Performance Rear Spoiler Lip. And the front bumper won't have those ugly orange reflectors !

I don't want to risk damaging either the bumper or the Challenge diffuser, during the removal process. The piece has been on there for a while. Otherwise I would.
