Passenger side front wheel hub

Hey guys, I am looking for some advice / help with a problem with my 2016 M3. I had some work done at the dealership for front suspension warranty work (slight noise and parts were replaced). When I got the car back and I went to put my winter wheels on I noticed one of the lug nuts on the front passenger side was very difficult to remove. Sure enough when I went to put the lugs back on the same one was f*cked. So it would appear it is totally stripped. I do have the lug on and after talking to the dealership they are taking no responsibility. I don't want to get into the dealership aspect of this discussion. I want to know how to find a passenger side wheel hub for my M3 without paying the quoted $800. Anyone familiar with a scrap yard / dismantling co. that may have the part I am looking for ? Any info would be appreciated. Thx.
