Rim/tire warranty

Purchased my 18M3 on oct4.17 . Got that rim and tire warranty. Any way to cancel it now or transfer it if I sell the wheels?

You can cancel within certain # of days without penalty and anytime afterwards with small
Fee. Only way to cancel is they dealer that sold
It to you.
