PA4 vs Sottozero

I already own 255/35/19 Michelin PA4s and last winter I noticed that they are really bad on snow even I couldn't get out of my parking lot which has a small steep road and the car kept spinning wheels.
Now my question is that everybody who owns Sottozeros rave about their performance but I really appreciate your feedbacks about them on our cars on snow, especially snow on steep.

P.S. Do you think they can handle ski resort snow? They clear the roads so I'm not talking about huge snow but like squeezed & plowed snow.

I have the Sottozero 3s in square 245 and in my opinion they are average in the snow. (On my other cars) Nokians provided most traction in the snow.

The WR’s, did not try Hakkapelitas. Although traditionally most Nokian tires come up with good reviews regarding snow traction.
