Opinions please: should I replace the tire?

Knew I should have parallel-parked normally, but thought I had enough room

Front tire scraped the curb, you know, the type that are rock and totally square, with a razor-sharp top edge made to inflict pain on wheels/tires and torment on owners. It's like 4mm deep close to the bead, and most likely where the bead filler is. Does this mean I can't turn into my driveway at 140mph?
