Current 2017 M3 Lease Rates

Looking at a few leftover 2017 M3's floating around. Does anyone know the current residual and money factor for a 2017 M3? Thanks!

Residuals are no longer in favor of the 2017, and they're getting very hard to find... at least from dealers that are motivated to move their inventory.

If dealer still has 2017 M3, well the word motivated seems not in their vocab
