Hi, i think the front wheel is fine but the rear could be difficult with that small offset. I have 10,5 x 20 with ET34 and 295/30-20 and that's absolute borderline as my TÜV guy said. Your canadian fellow "CanAutM3" has amazing knowledge about those issues... ;-)

Mine are in other but I am using my style 220m winter setup on my f80. I bought my F80 dec 31st so I figured I would give them a shot since it was last min clear the floor for 2016 sale

If I remember correct they are 255/235 oem Porsche sizes. Next time I am at my garage, I will get my exact sizes. Not rubbing what so ever but then again they are 255/235 which are small.

Yes. I'm running that setup now. Currently running 265/35-19 RE71R on 19X9.5 +25 with a 15mm spacer in front, 19x10.5 +22 275/35-19 RE71R.

This pic is when I was running the 255/275 OEM MPSS garbage.

Front I ran a 10mm spacer on OEM 255/35-19 MPSS on a 275/35-19 MPSS I was able to run a 5mm spacer for an effective offset of +17. You can see in the pic there is room to go more aggressive.

When I went to a 275/35-19 RE71R in the rear I had to remove the 5mm spacer since they run so wide. I've also run a 285/30-19 and it was also fine, but it looked too short vs the 265/35 I was running up front. I may revisit the 285/30-19 when it's time to replace the fronts to go to a 275/30-19.

This is my street setup which used the wheels I took off my E92M3.

As I said... I'm running 11" with 285 et25 on a F82. You're gonna be good!

What makes you think the F80 has more room?

M3 has 3mm less clearance than the M4.

You can run 15mm spacer with 9 +25, and run stock tires (255/35/19)

For the rear, you can fit stock rear tire (275/35/19) with no issues, if you run a wider tire, 285/35/19 you will rub unless you play with the camber

They might look good, but they are not forged and rather heavy.
