No audio when answering calls - iPhone 6

This has been going on for a few months (and I have been too lazy/busy to get to the dealership SO thought I would address it here)

Long story short: when I receive a call while in my car there is no audio when I answer. I can't hear a thing. Caller can't hear anything, even though the call has been picked up.

If I call out, everything is fine.

Music on bluetooth works fine.

Has happened through a couple of iOS updates, so don't think it is that.....

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Delete the phone in the car.
Delete the car from the phone.

Reboot both, and pair up.

This has happened to me. I fixed it by deleting the phone from the car. Deleting the bluetooth pairing on my phone, and then shutting down the phone and restarting it. Then pair the phone to the car again. Had to do this twice in my 10 months of ownership of the car.

This is a known bug, by the way.
