What should I fit for my 20"s?!

Currently I have a set of TWS 20" x 9.5J / 20" x 10.5J

What's the optimal tire spec I should use to maintain the stock diameter
I have 255/30/20 which is way too narrow and 285/30/20

666M
265/30/20
285/30/20
437M
255/35/19
275/35/19

How about my wheels?!

I'd probably go with the 20" OEM sizes, 265/30/20 + 285/30/20 on those wheels. If the rears were wider, 11" or 11.5", then I'd go with 295/30 or 305/25.
