wheel weight came off

Was washing car and noticed front passenger side weights are off. Rear passenger side seems loose. Drove the car to 90 MPH and absolutely no vibration, feels solid, straight.

Is it important to re balance now or only if car shakes?
I will get it checked, just not sure how important these weights are.

Since weights are specifically to even out the heavy and light spots in the wheels (whether from bends or just minute variances when forged) that cause vibrations I'd say if you don't have any vibrations at any speeds I wouldn't be terribly concerned. As long as no vibrations pop up I would just wait until your next service and have them road force balanced at that point.
As for the loose weights I'd be slightly more concerned about them as you don't want them to pop off and damage the wheel (low probability of damage, especially since your passenger front are MIA without damage, but anything is possible) or cause a vibration when they do come off.

If it feels fine, than it probably is fine. Just keep it in the back of your mind and next time you are at a dealer have them rebalance, or just wait until you replace the tires, which happens frequently with this car.

I thank each of you for your response. Genuinely helpful!

I am dropping the M off for routine service and will let them check it.
Now the question is; should I trust the dealership to know what they are talking about

The dealer may rebalance the wheel and charge you for it. I would casually mention it to them, but if you aren't experiencing any vibration, I wouldn't worry about it.

some of my weights fell off but luckily I use the same brand of wheel weights on my bikes. I was able to replace the exact mount based on the adhesive residue.

I've really only seen 1/4 oz weights here in the US motion pro makes some nice black stick on weight that blends in if you have dark rims.
