Finally found what I wasn't looking for!

After looking for over a year for an alpine white with black leather 2015 M3 at the right price, this popped up on autotrader. I saw blue on the listing and figured it was Yas Marina. (not my favorite color) On further inspection I realized it was Tanzanite on Black with white stitching.
The price seemed almost too good to be true. I figured with a little negotiation this would be a great deal! Had no idea Auto Nation owned any BMW dealerships, so the price was no haggle. This was one of the only individual colors I have seen in the used market, so I had to pull the trigger.
Great to be back in an M3

I think he meant that the listing just said blue and there was not a picture so he just assumed Yas Marina, the standard blue

My local dealer has a tanzanite blue M3 in stock. The color is stunning in person. Congrats on a beautiful car!

Here are the interior shots taken with my iphone and in the sun. There a bit grainy.

Picked up the M3 so I could tote my newborn son around, but just couldn't part with the GT-R. It's pretty much for track use only now

I love it! Huge jump in technology over the e92. Just can't figure out how to get thru the high rpm's in first gear without the traction control kicking in? It has the MPSS and plenty of meat left on the tires. Really not interested in turning off traction on city streets either.

I would highly recommend you switch out your rear 275 MPSS, to a M5 Spec 295's

They fit on the OEM 19" without a hitch. After doing this I regret not doing it the day I bought it.

Keep the 275 tires for when you sell the car.

I would also make sure you code your MDM mode to Euro spec.

1st gear can now be modulated much easier and 2nd, 3rd, no Traction light for me on dry roads.

Great idea, and thanks for the advice! Who did you use for the codeing?

Upgrade the tires to RE71R

Pretty good set up, huge increase in traction.

Congrats on the new ride! I love my Tanzanite as well. Color POPS here in California

Thanks, ran RE-11's on my e92. Best tires short of R-comps!
