Anybody with experience with Status Gruppe Poly Lip installs?

Recently bought one used. Been trying to figure out how to install the lip. It's just not sitting flush like the pictures on their site. How much cutting is involved?. It doesn't look like it will sit flush let alone mount without trimming the rubber deflectors and parts of the front under panels.

Any help or even a manual is appreciated! Thanks!
