Up for sale here is an N54 running motor.
Motor has 83K miles on it.
The motor has lifter tick that with a stethoscope sounds like it is coming from cylinder 5
The motor also seems to be smoking although when the motor was removed the turbos were bad too so could have been from that.
The motor is in running condition but I would pull it down while there and rebuild with new seals, gaskets, etc.
Motor is missing valve cover gasket but does come with DMFW pictured.
I do have a video of the motor running before it was pulled if requested.
