Aftermarket Remote Start / Security / GPS Tracking - DroneMobile
I've got DroneMobile and controlling it via my iPhone App in several of my cars.
The 2 cars I've wanted to install it in is either of my BMWs. I was told no way in my M3 (F80) and then I can across a YouTube Video of a shop in the NorthWest US who had it working without any issues in a couple of clients with F86s. I've asked how he has done it, but hasn't been so forth coming with details and says he is working on release an add-on to enable the use of it in the F86. I like the phone app, as it does do some Security, Control Interior, and GPS Tracking, but lacks the car starting feature. I assume BMW has the tech and when you buy a $120K SUV, stuff like that should come standard...... Nevertheless, have any of you installed an aftermarket system, if so which one, preferably DroneMobile? |

i did a viper smartstart with the clifford remote start system. this way i can remote start with my phone from anywhere ahead of time as long as the car and my phone has a cellular signal.
