Charge pipe O ring gasket

I've lost the gasket (is there supposed to be 2?). What is the size that I need to buy? I'm scouring eBay but no matches come up for the N55. I was thinking of asking at a local auto shop but don't know the dimensions.

Check online at realoem and note down the partnumber and check with your local bmw dealer.. O ring shouldn't be too expensive.

No Realoem don't sell parts, just an online version of the parts catalogue, which is useful to get part numbers, as sometimes the parts dept personnel can't find what you need.

I've heard that the oil filter o-ring you get with a new oil filter kit is the exact same as the charge pipe o-ring. If you can get your hands on a new oil filter, you may have the piece you need.

For the N54 this is true.

Not sure if it's the same for the N55 but, the N54 and N55 chargepipes are very similar ...
