Quick Review of LUX customer service
I just wanted to give props to the folks over at LUX for their outstanding customer support. I received some Lux H8 160 Angel eyes as a gift from an ex a while back and recently had one of them go out on me. I emailed Lux to see if they would work with me with a discount to replace my dead bulb, but I thought it would be a long shot considering I did not have a receipt for the purchase nor could I ask for one. Hoping for the best, expecting the worst (most companies nowadays have terrible customer support) I was blown away when I got an email back ON A SATURDAY asking me for my shipping address as they would be sending me a brand new set of H8 180's for my troubles. I was frankly floored by their response, which I think translated in the number of exclamation marks used in my reply email, but I wanted to write this quick review as so few companies are going above and beyond these days. I hope this post nudges those of you who are on the fence about buying Lux Angel Eyes in the right direction! LuxAngelEyes

Wish I could say the same. Restocking fees, blamed me for faulty leds, and unwillingness to cross ship simultaneously after being unhappy with their overly bright/blooming latest version. I'd go a different direction next time. I even went so far as to do a reverse lookup on someone else reselling them and pumping who in fact just happened to be Lux.

I just had my H8 160 replaced by a new set of H8 180 free of charge under warranty which was expiring in a week's time, no questions asked. Amazing customer service indeed.

You got great customer service. Good to know they are willing to help you out in this situation.
Hoping my LUX H8 V5 will last without problem.

I had a 160 go out during install, and they sent me a new one. 8 months later, the other one went out and they sent me a set of the new 180, which has the protective lens which should prevent the install damage. Just asked for a copy of my invoice and sent the replacements each time. Happy experience.

I had one of my v5 turn purple/blue a few months back, about 2 years or so from purchase. They sent me a replacement bulb for $40, which I thought was fair. All emails responded to same day or next am, shipped fairly quickly.
