Most reliable Xenon light upgrade?
Gone are the days of just simple bulbs I see.... I want to upgrade and get rid of the ugly yellow lights but do not want any fancy color changing, sparkly bulbs.
What are the most reliable and non-code throwing upgraded bulbs for a 2012 135i (Adaptive Xenon) thanks! |

I think op is talking about the D1S Xenon light bulbs not the H8 halogen angel eye bulbs in our car.
The factory xenon bulb is 4300k which looks like yellowish in my taste. I went for the Osram 5500k D1S when one my factory bulb gone. It doesn't look very white/ blue or so in most modern Bmw LED headlight but it does get rid of the yellowish tint from factory 4300k bulb. If you really want the bluish/ white looking. I suggest you to try Philips Ultinon 6000K D1S Xenon Bulb. It's expensive and hard to find but it's the best factory-like looking for our car with more bluish/ white lighting.
